Sheen does offer a 15 day money back return policy. Please read the information
below before purchasing or returning an item.
Guidelines for Returns
My main goal is to satisfy you and make your online buying experience as
pleasant as possible. I understand that purchasing merchandise over the internet
is challenging. I want you to be completely satisfied with the jewelry that you
receive. I do understand that you may not like your purchase for some reason.
You may return or exchange your jewelry within 15 days of ship date if you are
not satisfied with it. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition
for a refund or exchange.
Notify me about returning the item via e-mail or through the form below as
soon as you receive the item. You will pay the costs of returning the item to
me. A refund will be issued as soon as the item is received. The original
shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
To avoid having to return the item, please ask questions before you make the
purchase. I'll be more than happy to answer them.
Refund Method
I can issue you a cash or Credit Card refund. Funds for this cash credit will be issued in
the original form of payment received, except for money orders and checks which
will be returned via money order. Your refund amount will be in the amount of
your purchase price less shipping, handling, gift packaging, or other charges
applied to your order.
Return Process
To properly return an item to Stelle Sheen, please do the following:
1. Notify of your intent to return your item by submitting the form below.
2. Pack up your item for return. Please include your name, address, email
address along with the merchandise. Also indicate a reason for your return. Your
feedback is very important to us!
3. I will notify you via email when I have received your return. Once your
jewelry return is received, it will be processed within 7 business days. A credit
will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of
receiving your returned jewelry item.
